Referring to power of women in our present society has become significant topic of discussion in regards to development and economics. Women's economic empowerment refers to the ability for women to enjoy their rights to control and benefit from resources, assets, income and their own time, as well as the ability to manage risk and improve their economic status and wellbeing. ADARSHA(Awareness and Development Actions for Rural & Urban Social Harmonious Association) has conducted Awareness generation camp, Legal awareness camp and also Leadership training program for women in each quarter.

Leadership Development of Minority Women: ADARSHA(Awareness and Development Actions for Rural & Urban Social Harmonious Association) has conducted NAI ROSHNI “Leadership Development of Minority Women”. It is a Empowerment of women from the minority communities and emboldening them to move out of the confines of their home and community and assume leadership roles and assert their rights, collectively or individually, in accessing services, facilities, skills and opportunities besides claiming their due share of development benefits of the Government for improving their lives and living conditions. This includes economic empowerment of the trainee women so that they ultimately become independent and confident members of the society.
